I live in The Netherlands, studied biology and ecology and worked as a fabric artist. Wanting to know how we human beings can live in harmony with nature, I visited several indigenous cultures and received intensive teachings based on Native American wisdom.
As a result I see the big picture and universal patterns. I am the author of two books: ‘The Whole Elephant Revealed’, (published in Dutch, English, and German) and ‘Societies in Balance’ (published in Dutch), working on two more. Based on my insights I hope I can make a contribution to a worldwide development towards ‘Societies in Balance’. (See also : www.marjadevries.nl )
